Here's our suggestions to get the most out of viewing the demo:

Live Online Support Control Panel for Operators and Admin

Click here to login to the operator console, it will open in a new window.  Login and password is: demo. Once you're logged in, click the Live Help! tab in the top left corner.  This will place your status to Online and allow you to take calls from customers.  Once you're online, come back to this page and refresh it, you should see the live support buttons below change to Online.

Click the buttons below to see how customers will chat with you.  You will notice that when you sign off the control panel the buttons below will also change to Offline.  You can then click on the button to leave a message which is sent to the email address you specify.
